A new addition right in the heart of the Brookvale brewing scene. This craft brewery was designed and constructed by LAIDRE with North + North and Kiwi Creator. The overall design intent was to reuse, recycle and repurpose, and so we did. We used timber from a 100-year-old demolished bridge for the giant tables in the breakout spaces, pallets donated by Brookvale local businesses as part of the bespoke fit out, kitchen cupboards repurposed into dart boards, rusted iron bar cladding salvaged from a farm shed that had fallen over in high winds and even a 111-year-old piano with lots of history occupies an elevated music stage.

This fun and relaxing venue sits 100 guests with lots of room for play at the pool table and dart boards. The Brewery has been shortlisted as one of the 2021 Sustainability Awards Finalists.  Under the Commercial Architecture (Small) category, Bucketty’s Brewery represent the innovation, talent and foresight which continues to drive our industry forward.
