Commercial and hospitality
A run of works in a Circular Quay tower that never stops working
Quay Quarter Tower at 50 Bridge Street is one of Sydney's best-known towers, and it never stops working. Since 2023 we've delivered a run of jobs there, with office workers, diners and tenants around us every day: the precinct dining hall's food tenancies, waterproofing to the podium's balcony garden bar, and a new concierge desk for the upper lobby.

The precinct dining hall
In the precinct dining hall we managed the construction and services for the food tenancies, and kept the tenants' own fit-outs on track.
The hall sits under a timber batten ceiling and a skylit void, with banquettes, stone tables and planting along the balcony edges.

What we did
- Managed the construction and services for the dining hall food tenancies.
- Coordinated the tenants' own fit-outs so they stayed on programme.
- Waterproofed the balcony garden bar on the podium, finished in July 2023.
- Built and installed the new upper lobby concierge desk, handed over in February 2026.
- Worked around the tower's security and building systems, with the building operating throughout.
Working in a tower that stays open
Quay Quarter Tower never stops working. On every job here we had office workers, diners and tenants around us every day.
Most recently we built and installed the new upper lobby concierge desk. We worked the tower's security and building systems around it and handed it over in February 2026.
